This green glaze is so pretty, and so perfect for this shape. They play with each other, they belong together. Of course, it is Gunnar Nylund who is responsible for the choice of glaze and shape. He achieved most of what he undertook to do at Rörstrand, whether it was birds in garish glazes, an indestructible tableware or organic series of vases, bowls, and dishes.
