Brinktime Vintage Collections (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://brinktime.com/ website (the “Service”, “Website”, “Webshop”).

When buying a product from us you are accepting our the terms and conditions.
When placing an order on our website you are certify that your are at least 18 years of age or have parental approval to buy from us.
Emerged situations that are beyond our control should be considered as force majeure events.
The price that applies is what was stated on the date you placed an order in the webshop.
Transport costs and any other payment costs are always reported before you accept the purchase.
Brinktime Vintage Collections reserves the right to change information without prior notice.

We reserve the right to change prices, information and or other terms on the website www.brinktime.com and all its subdomains. We also reserve the right for typos, errors and/or missing information. Images and or illustrations shown on the above-mentioned websites should be seen as part of the product description.

Products and Warranty

Watches

As mentioned above we stand by the authenticity of our products but not the function of an unserviced watch. Warranty is specified on each item. If nothing is specified, no warranty is included. Warranty does not cover moisture/water damage. Warranty is personal and refers only to original purchasers. If it is not mentioned the watch will not be covered by any warranty and should be considered as unserviced but keeping good time at the moment. Please also bare in mind that vintage watches should NOT be considered to be waterproof at all.

If the watch has been serviced it will be mentioned in the description. As well as if it has any defects that you should know of before buying it, which isn’t shown in the images.

Since our watches are vintage or pre-owned you should expect wear and patina from usage and age. Therefore, it is very important to read each item description and examine all product images carefully prior to purchase. Our images should be considered as a part of the description. If you have any questions about a particular watch or product please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Straps and accessories

Straps and accessories shown on product images will only be included if mentioned in the product description. If nothing is mentioned the watch should be considered as being sold head-only, meaning without strap and accessories.

Non-watch warranties

As well as with the watches we stand by the authenticity of our products. Warranty is specified on each item. If nothing is specified, no warranty is included. Our images should be considered as a part of the description.

Shipping

All of our products are shipped from within the EU and will be shipped well packaged and insured. We always aim to ship our products within 5 business days. Shipping fees are mentioned in the checkout stage and varies from each order. If a package is supposed to be collected you need to do it within the timeframe mentioned in the notification. If you do not collect the package, we have the right to charge you a fee of SEK 200 (within the EU) and SEK 400 (outside of the EU). We offer returns within 7 days of receipt of the product, please see the Return and Refund Policy for information.

Personal information

All personal information you provide will be handled by us as responsible for the information. The information will be used to ensure delivery address and to provide offers and information about news in our product catalog. The information you provide is only available to us and will not be shared with other third parties. You always have the right to request that we delete or correct the information about you. By accepting our terms, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

Events outside our control, which cannot reasonably be foreseen, shall be considered a force majeure event, which means that we are released from obligations to comply. Examples of such events are government action or failure, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of supply from suppliers. Force majeure event also includes government decisions that adversely affect the market products, such as restrictions, warnings, prohibitions etc.

Payment

All payments made through our website are managed and transacted through third party dedicated payment solutions such as Stripe and PayPal to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms of the payment provider selected for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Return and Refund Policy

Even though we think you will be very happy with your purchase, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts and therefore need to make a return. You have the right to cancel your order and return a product within 7 days of receipt of the products.

Since we are a small business we cannot offer free returns which is why you will have to pay the postage when returning a product. Please note that any products returned must be in their original condition with all original packaging and any paperwork. If they are not, we may be unable to accept them or make a deduction from the refund for the loss in value.

We recommend you to use a tracked and fully insured mail carrier and retain proof of postage. If we have to pay additional postage charges upon delivery, we may deduct the amount of such charges from any refund we send to you. Please bare in mind that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged during transit back to us.

Other information

We reserve the right to change information, prices, technical specifications, purchase conditions and product offerings without prior notice. In the event that a product is out of stock we have the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. We will also inform the customer about a corresponding replacement product if available.
