Carl Harry Stålhane was responsible for an extensive production during all his years as artistic director at Rörstrand. His stoneware can be divided into three categories. This one is signed with his full name and is unique. Those that are signed with studio production were made with uniqueness as a model in no more than a hundred copies. then there are the serial pieces that were made in thousands with different glazes and shapes, on order from the retailers.
